  • No location tracking. The App shows an aggregate traffic score for the entire city and general TTC service alerts; it does not request, store, or transmit your precise GPS location.

  • No analytics or usage tracking. We don't install any third‑party analytics or tracking libraries. We never record which screens you view or how you use the App.
  • No other data collection. Beyond the App Store basic download and crash‑reporting metadata (e.g., "number of installs," "app version crash rates"), we don't gather any additional metrics.

3. Data Storage and Security

All information displayed in the App (traffic scores, TTC alerts) is pulled in real time from public APIs and is not stored on your device. Since we don't collect personal data, there is nothing about you on our servers.

4. User Rights

You have complete control over your mobile device:

  • You can uninstall the App at any time; because no personal data is stored, uninstalling removes all traces of use.
  • If you ever have questions or concerns about privacy, you can contact us directly (see below).

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. Any changes will be noted in the App Store/Google Play update release notes and in an in‑App notification when you next open the App.

6. Third‑Party Links and Services

  • We use publicly available traffic and TTC status feeds; those providers may have their own policies. We encourage you to review their terms if you have concerns.
  • We do not embed or link to any other third‑party content or ads.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is general‑audience and does not target children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information, the App is considered safe for all ages. Parents and guardians should, nonetheless, supervise young users as they would any other online content.
